Say it as though it is already true. Pause for 5 seconds after saying it and let it settle before moving on.

Minute 4: The Replacement Belief

Choose one specific money belief you are in the process of shifting and say the replacement version once with genuine emotion.


A strong replacement belief sits in the zone between uncomfortable and completely unbelievable. "I am someone who builds wealth through consistent, clear daily decisions" works better than "I am a millionaire" for most people at the start because the brain accepts what it finds credible.


Hold the felt sense of the replacement belief being true for the remainder of the minute.


Minute 5: The Day Intention

Set one financial intention for the day. Not a task list. A single quality of presence you are choosing to bring to your financial life today.

Examples: "Today I make one decision from confidence rather than fear." Or: "Today I engage with my finances directly rather than avoiding them." Or: "Today I take one action toward my goals that the previous version of me would have put off."


Write it down immediately. The physical act of writing anchors the intention in a way that mental noting does not.


Minute 6: The Expansion Input

Spend the final minute reading one paragraph from a book about wealth psychology, financial mindset, or the thinking of people who have built what you want to build. One paragraph. Not a scroll. Not a feed. One deliberately chosen piece of content that points your mind toward possibility before the noise of the day arrives.
