Step 2: Find and Clear Your Biggest Money Block

Once you have decided who you are becoming, you will almost immediately run into resistance. That resistance is your money block, the subconscious belief that has been quietly running your financial life without your permission

Common money blocks sound like this:

  • "People like me do not get wealthy"

  • "Money is hard to come by and easy to lose"

  • "I am not smart enough to figure this out"

  • "Every time I start to make progress something goes wrong"

These are not logical conclusions. They are old programs installed early in life that your subconscious treats as facts.

The process to start clearing them is straightforward.

First, identify it. Finish this sentence honestly: "When I think about having a lot of money, I feel ___." Whatever comes up, whether it is fear, guilt, unworthiness, or doubt, that is your block.

Second, challenge it. Ask: "Is this actually true? Or is this something I absorbed from someone else's experience?"

Third, replace it. Write the opposite belief in a way that feels like a stretch but not a lie. Repeat it during the windows when your brain is most receptive, first thing in the morning and right before sleep.

This is the work most people skip. It is also the work that makes everything else on this list actually stick.

Step 3: Build Your Daily Habit Stack

Wealth is not built in moments of inspiration. It is built in the small decisions you make every single day when no one is watching and you do not feel particularly motivated.

That is why your daily habit stack matters more than any single strategy.

A simple habit stack for wealth building looks like this:

Morning (10 minutes total):

Start with the 7-second ritual. Right after you wake up, before you check your phone, close your eyes and take 7 seconds to genuinely feel what it would be like to already be the person who has what you want. Not to think about it, but to feel it. Confidence, ease, gratitude, possibility. Seven seconds. That is it.

Evening (5 minutes total):

Step 4: Create Your Wealth Environment

Building a wealth environment means making deliberate choices about what you consume, who you spend time with, and what your daily surroundings signal to your subconscious.

Here is how to start:

What you consume: Replace 15 minutes of mindless scrolling with something that expands your thinking about wealth and possibility. A book, a podcast, a blog article. Not because information alone creates wealth, but because consistent exposure to the right ideas gradually shifts what feels normal and possible to you.

Who you spend time with: You do not need to abandon your friends. But pay attention to whose conversations you are absorbing most. Seek out at least one person, even online, who is building what you want to build. Their thinking will start to influence yours.

Your physical space: Your workspace and home environment send constant signals to your subconscious. Keep one area of your life clean, intentional, and organized. It sounds small. The psychological effect is not.


Step 5: Take One Grounded Action Every Single Day

This is where the blueprint becomes real.

Everything in Steps 1 through 4 is internal work, covering mindset, beliefs, habits, and environment. All of it matters. None of it replaces action.

The action does not need to be dramatic. It does not need to be a perfect business decision or a bold financial move. It just needs to be one real step forward taken today that your yesterday self did not take.

Some examples of what a grounded daily action looks like:

  • Setting up an automatic savings transfer, however small

  • Watching one educational video and writing down one thing you will implement

  • Sending one email or message that moves a project forward

The key is consistency over intensity. One action every day for 90 days is more valuable than a massive sprint followed by two weeks of nothing.
